Their story
Aveline Prismara was trained to make magic hold still. Lyssara Galeveil was trained to let it run free. Their first meeting ended with a shattered lecture hall and a spell that climbed into the sky. Now they meet at the abandoned aether observatory whenever a new constellation appears, combining crystal geometry with living wind. Aveline draws the precise center; Lyssara gives it motion. Neither mage calls herself the apprentice, and both secretly keep score of who made the other laugh first.
