Her story
Elowen Virelai does not cast spells so much as negotiate with them. In the suspended archives, she listens for the moment a constellation changes its story, then records the new pattern before dawn can erase it. Her starwell grimoire has no fixed pages: each leaf opens onto a different sky, and every sky remembers a promise someone once made. Elowen has spent three centuries searching for the one constellation that contains her own forgotten name.
