Using Only Elves

These terms apply when you browse Only Elves, create an account, like artwork, send us a message, or download a wallpaper. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Artwork and downloads

Unless a page states otherwise, the artwork, writing, branding, design, and other site content belong to Only Elves or its licensors. Wallpapers are provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You may download them and use them on your personal devices.

You may not sell, sublicense, redistribute, upload as a competing wallpaper collection, claim authorship of, remove attribution or branding from, or use the artwork to train or operate an artificial-intelligence system without written permission. Linking to an artwork page and sharing the site’s public social previews are welcome.

Accounts

Google or Discord handles authentication when you choose that provider. You are responsible for access to your provider account and activity performed through your Only Elves account. Do not impersonate another person, attempt to access another account, or misuse account and gallery features.

We may restrict or suspend access when an account is used abusively, fraudulently, unlawfully, or in a way that threatens the site, its content, or other users. You may request account deletion through our contact page.

Acceptable use

Do not disrupt the site, bypass access controls or rate limits, probe for vulnerabilities, introduce malicious code, automate excessive requests, scrape the gallery in bulk, or use the service in a way that harms Only Elves or its users. Ordinary search-engine indexing and normal personal browsing are permitted.

Messages you send

You retain responsibility for information you submit through the contact form. You give us permission to use that information to review and respond to your message and to maintain relevant correspondence. Do not submit unlawful, harmful, or confidential third-party information.

Availability and responsibility

We may update, remove, suspend, or discontinue artwork and features at any time. We try to keep Only Elves useful and reliable, but the site and downloads are provided as available and may occasionally contain errors or become unavailable. You are responsible for how you use downloaded files and for maintaining your own copies.

To the extent permitted, Only Elves is not responsible for indirect losses, lost data, or problems caused by third-party services, devices, networks, or uses of the site that violate these terms.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the site develops. The effective date above will change when revised terms are published. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Questions can be sent through our contact page.
